review and select your two options for each workshop section: Series A through to M. Here on the form
you type in the number of the workshop slot you want. If you wish to claim association membership or
active student status, you MUST photocopy your respective ID cards and include in your registration
package. Finally, tally your fees and submit a check or money order made out to the CYCANB and
