Registration
PRINT AND POST: The traditional tried and true approach. Complete and print the Registration Form
and
Workshop Selection Form and complete entering your preferences. The form fields are fillable, just
hop in and enter your information. To select your fees, sweep your cursor over the specific fee item
and right click to select highlight turning it yellow as an example. Please refer to the Workshops page to
review and select your two options for each workshop section: Series A through to M. Here on the form
you type in the number of the workshop slot you want. If you wish to claim association membership or
active student status, you MUST photocopy your respective ID cards and include in your registration
package. Finally, tally your fees and submit a check or money order made out to the
CYCANB  and
then mail to:

The Child and Youth Care Associations of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island have come together to host the 2014 National Child and
your advantage to have Adobe Reader XI to fill in the PDF forms, save them to your documents to print for overland mail or to attach for e-mail.
The early
bird
deadline is August 31, 2014.
In Person: The failsafe approach but with the risk that workshop selection may be more restricted by
the registration day. Please bring association membership card and student cards if essential. Payment
can be by cash, cheque, or money order. There will be NO credit card option at in person registration.
