The national child and youth care conference is to return to its birthplace in 2024.
Kristyna Fagerstrom Castro is seen here inviting the delegates to Winnipeg for the next conference. The pandemic, recent Council history and this clear affront to the Council has taken its toll. The future will determine whether the organization will continue to have a national focus and roll.
